Return & Refund Policy

 

At Olivia's Closet, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase is not exactly what you expected, we're happy to assist you through our return process. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Returns

To qualify for a return, the following requirements must be met:

  • Your return request must be submitted after your order has been delivered.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or damage.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached.

  • Trying on an item is acceptable, but items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.

  • Orders placed with the intention of returning part of multiple size selections may not qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses, including any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply during the return shipment.

If a returned parcel is refused, abandoned, delayed indefinitely, or cannot be delivered due to customs issues, Olivia's Closet cannot issue a refund.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please email us at info@oliviascloset.net within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Clear photographs showing the item in its original condition with all tags attached

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions and the address of our fulfillment center.

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment.

A valid tracking number is required for every return. Returns shipped without tracking cannot be processed, as we are unable to verify their arrival.

After shipping your return, please email us the tracking number for reference.

Refunds

After your returned package arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received and accepted.

Shipping costs paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Shipping Responsibility

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided during checkout, Olivia's Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

Exchanges

We offer one exchange per order within 30 days of delivery.

If your exchange request is approved:

  • You only pay the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

  • In most cases, you will not be required to return the original product unless specifically instructed by our support team.

  • Replacement products are considered final and cannot be exchanged or refunded again.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Email info@oliviascloset.net and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

For these situations, replacements are provided instead of refunds.

Missing Items

If part of your order is missing upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

After verification, we will send the missing item free of charge.

Refunds are not issued for missing items that qualify for reshipment.
